Monel Flanges are flanges made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-copper alloy, mainly including Monel 400 and Monel K500. They have excellent resistance to seawater and various acid and alkali corrosion, mechanical strength and high temperature performance.

Monel Flanges are suitable for applications in marine engineering, chemical processing, oil and gas, aerospace and power generation. Characteristics include good workability and weldability, hot working temperatures of 2100°F and no less than 1700°F, and cold working that hardens significantly but provides good ductility. Recommendations for use include using low speed, high feed rate machining methods and chip breakers, and heat treating after welding to maintain optimal performance. Although caution is required when used in high temperatures and sulfur-containing environments, its high strength, corrosion resistance and diverse applications make it ideal for a variety of industries.
