What Is Incoloy Flanges?

The material of Incoloy flange is mainly composed of nickel, chromium and iron, of which the nickel content is as high as more than 30%, and the chromium content is about 19-23%, which makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. This alloy material shows excellent corrosion resistance in acidic, alkaline, salt water and various chemical media, and can effectively resist corrosion and oxidation.

One of the main advantages of Incoloy flanges over traditional stainless steel flanges is their excellent performance in extreme environments. For example, Incoloy 825 flanges have a balanced composition of nickel, iron and chromium as well as molybdenum and copper, and have excellent resistance to both general corrosion and localized corrosion.
