Manufacturing Process Of Hastelloy Pipe Fittings
  • Hot working: After hot rolling or forging, necessary heat treatment is carried out to eliminate stress and optimize mechanical properties.
  • Cold working: Through cold rolling, cold drawing and other processes, the strength and hardness of the material are improved.
  • Welding: Welding methods such as TIG, MIG or SMAW are used to ensure that the weld has the same corrosion resistance as the parent material.
  • Annealing: In order to restore the stress and deformation introduced during processing, Hastelloy pipe fittings usually need to be solution annealed, usually with rapid cooling at around 1100°C to maintain the structure and properties of the alloy.
